Oven BrownsSlice potatoes 1/2 inch thick and bake at 350 until brown.
Wild Berry Buckle1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 2 cups flour 2 tsp backing powder 2 cups wild berries 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cardamon *Grease and flour 9"x9" pan. Mix thoroughly, adding berries last. Pour into pan and bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Mushroom Dip1 jar green olives WITH pimentos
1 can black olives 8oz cream cheese 1/4 cap olive oil 1lb of mushrooms * chop all finely and mix with cream cheese and oil. Beat until blended and try the grey stuff it's delicious. |
